The Bhriomhar School of Irish Dance was founded by sisters Ali Hampshire and Cait Lottis, who grew up in Millarville Alberta and began competitive Irish dancing in their early teens. Rapidly advancing from Beginner to the top level of Open Championship, both twice won the Western Canadian Championship. They also qualified to compete at the North American Championships in Toronto, Boston, Philadelphia, Nashville and San Diego, and at the World Championships of Irish Dance in Belfast, Glasgow, and Ennis.
